Rise and Shine Runners isn’t just about running—it’s about starting your day with purpose, energy, and connection. Based in Scarborough, our community brings together runners of all levels who share a love for fresh morning miles and the powerful boost they bring to both body and mind.
Whether you’re lacing up for the very first time or training for your next big race, you’ll find encouragement, accountability, and friendship here. Together, we celebrate small victories, support each other through challenges, and remind ourselves that the best way to begin the day is by rising, shining, and running.
Join us to connect with fellow Scarborough runners, build lasting habits, and experience the joy of movement that fuels not only your fitness, but also your wellbeing.
In addition to our own regular runs many of us do one of the local Park Runs on Saturdays at 9am. The nearest one is Woodlands Park Run but some of us also go to North Yorkshire Waterpark, Dalby Forest, Sewerby or the Cinder Track.
